We use a heavy duty 5×5 plastic grow tray.  You can fit 8 5×5 trays into a 1020 tray.

These 5″ x 5″ inserts can be used indoors or outdoors and with both soil and hydroponic applications.  Six drainage slits are used to remove excess water and allow use with flood trays.

These extra-strength BPA-free 5×5 inserts are perfect for smaller batches of microgreens, wheatgrass, and other crops.
The 5×5 plastic trays are made of heavy-duty, food-grade polypropylene plastic.
