I made this spiralized zucchini recipe using avocado and other fresh vegetables.  I got the idea from watching someone on Tiktok.

You will need a Vegetable Spiralizer to make the zucchini into noodles.

I bought the Vegetable Spiralizer from Amazon.

Items Needed:

  • 1 Large Zucchini Squash

  • 6 Avocados

  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Bell Pepper

  • 1 Cilantro Bunch

  • 6 Lemons

  • Salt & Pepper 

Use your vegetable spiralizer to make zucchini noodles.

Cut your avocados in half and remove the seeds.

Take the skin off of the avocados and put the flesh in the bowl.

Dice your vegetables and add to the bowl.

Cut your lemons in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl.

Use a fork and smash the avocados.  Add salt & pepper to taste.  Mix the vegetables and smashed avocados together.

Add the avocado & vegetables to the zucchini spaghetti noodles.  Mix together and enjoy.
