Quail Meat Kebobs with Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 8 quail breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the quail breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the quail meat onto skewers, alternating with slices of bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Grill the kebabs for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the quail is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
